Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Bright cozy, modern furnished 2-room apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed, with private bathroom and an open kitchen. The bedroom can be reached from the large living and dining room. Parking is at the house. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a food market with a bakery, a restaurant, the train station, a drugstore and a bike rental. Beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Idyllic beach house, 300 m to the Baltic Sea

The property is close to the water. Only 300m walk and you can reach the magnificent sandy beach. The holiday home is located on a 6000 m² fenced nature plot in the dune forest in the small holiday home settlement "Theodor Fontane". The small cozy house is great for couples and families with max. 2 children who want to spend their holidays on the water and surrounded by nature.

Vacation on the island of Usedom :-) Gladly with us. We offer a well-kept apartment in a quiet location in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz. In 12-15 minutes you are on the beach and have lots of shopping. Our apartment has one bedroom for 2 people. a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

The apartments in a quiet location are available all year round. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom/toilet or shower/toilet, heating, TV and Wi-Fi. The apartments have a large terrace or balcony. In the large garden there is a barbecue area at your disposal. Free parking is available at the house as well as the storage of bicycles.

There is a studio apartment with a fold-out sofa for two people. An additional sleeping place for one person is a sponge mattress. Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine. Towels and bed linen are available. The check-in time can always be arranged in person, please let me know in advance.

Apartment in a central location just 500 meters to the beach. The apartment is equipped with a bedroom, a living room and a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The apartment has a separate toilet and shower. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a double bunk bed.
