Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

Shopping is available nearby (supermarket with bakery, fish cart and meat counter). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the property. The apartment on the ground floor is inhabited. A wallbox is available.

The two modern and cozy houses built in the half-timbered style are located on a quiet residential street (dead end).
