Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Surbiton

From the moment we inquired about this home, Rich was outstanding to work with and answered all our questions regarding logistics/transportation, etc. He was quick to respond (even with a 6 hr time difference). His attentiveness continued throughout our entire stay. He genuinely wants his guests to feel at home and have a great time in London. Rich went above and beyond in so many ways to make our visit personal and special. The house is exactly as described and feels like home from the moment you walk in. Rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well equipped. The backyard was private, quiet, and peaceful with an inviting hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants/shops very close by, and the Southwestern Rail is only a 10 min walk to the station and a 25 min ride into London Waterloo - We chose the Travel Card Ticket, which allowed us to travel between Zones 1-6 on the rails, tube, or buses . This is truly a great place to stay. We cannot wait to go back!

The place was exactly as described - clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. The host was responsive, respectful of privacy, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect: safe, central, and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant experience. Extremely clean !

We had a fantastic stay at Matt’s place for our wedding weekend in Surbiton. He was incredibly generous with his time and allowed us to check in early and check out late, which really helped us maximise our celebrations and time with family and friends. It felt like home for a few days and we are truly grateful that we chose to stay at Matts place for this very special occasion. It’s a gorgeous house in a fabulous location!

Perfect house for us in term of convenience and provided facilities/ amenities in the house. Location wise, very convenient as it is closed to train station and shops nearby. Parking is available but need to inform the owner for permit.

My stay at Mark's home was a bit unconventional as we were filming a student film there, but we still felt no shortage of hospitality and as though the place was our own for those few days. Truly, nothing can replicate the incredible feeling of looking over the river from any number of spaces throughout the property. It was beautiful and pristine and we felt so grateful to experience it. Myself and others in the crew will be competing with availability on the calendar to book it again and properly enjoy it for a vacation soon! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a cozy break from London's city center. Mark was the most incredible host, warm, open, communicative and hospitable from the moment we booked until after we checked out. Thank you for everything and can't wait to come back!

This was the best holiday experience ! It was such a tranquil and beautiful setting we were instantly relaxed and felt at home. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and everything was perfect, really couldn't wish for more. The bed was comfy, with amazing views of the river as soon as you opened your eyes. The decor was tasteful and chic, it felt very upmarket and spotless. All in all a super five star experience with friendly and dedicated hosts, we will definitely return.

A perfect house for a temporary stay for our local family of 4 while building works we’re going on at our house.

We had such a wonderful holiday thanks to Sandy & Stefanos amazing home and extra help and items they provided for our toddler. He loved playing with all the toys and the outside space was perfect for a toddler, flat and fun with the little playhouse. Leading up to our first ever overseas trip with our toddler, Sandy helped reassure me and was nice and patient with my questions about what we'd need to bring with us from NZ. During our stay they ensured we were comfortable, letting us know how to work the Aircon when London got hit with a heatwave and they always responsive to any questions. The location was perfect for getting to the train station for adventures in London and an easy up and over the station walk into the main centre of Surbiton for supermarkets, cafes and the pharmacy. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful home to any families visiting London. It was perfect.

George and Michelle were lovely. They gave great recommendations, let us check in early, consistently offered help and advice when needed, was super kind and we loved the space. It’s hard to find a spacious, modern, AC-friendly Airbnb in Europe, but this was perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennie's place! There was plenty of space for the three of us, with two in the bedroom and one on the (very comfortable) sofa bed. All essentials provided and clear communications with the host. Exceeded expectations. Jennie's place is beautifully appointed and is very convenient for getting into London. Regular buses directly to Trafalgar Square (for the West End), 25-minute walk to Kings Cross, and a tube station right on the doorstep! Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would gladly stay in Jennie's flat again. 😃

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

We loved our time at Phil's apartment and our highlight was having a beer on the terrace after a day of exploring Kew Gardens 😁 It was as described, very comfortable and had everything you may need to cook a full meal. The bed was very comfortable and the linen good quality. We booked the apartment for it's proximity to Kew Gardens but it's well served by bus and the Elizabeth line into central London. Philip's communication before, during and after our stay was excellent and found him very friendly with an excellent sense of humour. We would definitely stay here again 😁

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from both subways on the front and back black lines, with a number of large supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. The house has a lovely little garden and is very cozy. We had a great stay and also cooked rice and coffee and tried Chris's wine hahaha. Recommended stay.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a really beautiful, well-thoughtout apartment. We loved the decorations and the little practical things like how the kitchen lights up when you walk in. The high ceilings and outdoor space made the one-bedroom feel quite spacious for our family of three. Debbie was very responsive and made sure we had everything we need. We would love to stay here again when in town.

I had a great stay at Clayton’s place. He was very responsive and made everything easy from booking, check-in and check-out. The flat was exactly as described; clean, well-kept, and equipped with all the listed amenities. Access to public transport was excellent, which made getting around London simple and convenient. I stayed for nearly two weeks and felt completely at home. I’d gladly stay here again on my next visit.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. It had beautiful views and was in the perfect location outside of the busy city but steps from the closest train station. It was very clean and Janet had wonderful suggestions for us to eat/shop. She even left treats for us to snack on while we stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.

We booked Polly’s place in St Margaret’s for my parents and their friends during their visit to London, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment is in a fantastic location—tucked between two great pubs, lovely coffee shops, and a Tesco for daily essentials. It’s just a short walk to beautiful Marble Hill Park and the Thames Path, and Central London is easily accessible via train and tube. The apartment itself is well set up, with two spacious bedrooms each having their own bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. The living area, kitchen, and outdoor patio are all comfortable and welcoming—ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and exploring. The herb garden a bonus. Polly was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and flexible throughout the booking and stay. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
