Holiday rentals with beach access in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

We had an incredible time here! The view from the condo balcony is stunning. Every morning we had coffee and watched the waves come in, even saw some dolphins. Steps to the white powdery beaches! There was a lot of other activities in the area; fun parks, piers, water sports (jet ski and board rentals all along the beach), fishing. Something for everyone. Walking distance to a couple great restaurants (recommended by our hosts) or a short drive to many other options. Out hosts were so responsive and proactive, offering lots of recommendations and keeping in contact frequently. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for hosting us!

Very nice place right on the beach. Me and my family had a great time and loved our stay. Would definitely come back to stay again. Also David was very responsive and helpful.

This place is beautiful! Even though it only had one room, this condo was very accommodating for my family of four. It had a comfy king size bed and queen sofa couch sleeper. Check in was easy and condo was very easy to access. The whole place was clean, and had everything that we needed for a perfect getaway. It has a perfect balcony that faces directly to the beach and the view is amazing. The beach is literally feet away! This condo also comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that you access free of charge! Steve was very helpful and always very responsive. Keep in mind that there is a separate fee of $30 for parking and $6 each wristband for adults and children 12 & up that you pay directly there when doing the check in. However, the fees seemed fair as there were other places that charge way more. Definitely, recommend this place! I will for sure be booking again<3

The location and accommodations were exactly what was advertised. If you’re looking to stay on the ocean with the easiest beach access then this is the place for you. Very easy check in process, beach chairs and umbrella were provided, no complaints and will return.

This condo is in great location. walkable to beautiful beaches, great restaurants and Ice cream shop. Condo was in third floor and has nice balcony for morning coffees .The place was spotless with comfortable beds. We were happy with our stay at Julia’s place.

Loved this cute little motel! The location was perfect! Within a minute we were on the beach! It was peaceful! Our kids were upset to leave! It was small but big enough that the 5 of us were never on top of the each other. Would recommend her place to anyone!

Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

Great place to stay on the quieter side of town. Easy walk to the beach, less than five minutes, public access directly across the street. Two parking spaces for unit. Bedrooms are located upstairs. This wasn’t an issue for us but could be if you have mobility concerns. Daniel is a great communicator and offered up suggestions for some of his favorite places. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal place. Had its own pool. Literally steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for the whole family. Bedrooms were comfortable. Extremely clean. Carol was so nice to work with & communicated quickly & effectively. We had the best stay. We had 6 adults and one child with us. We will definitely be back to Carol’s place!

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Host was amazing, house was clean and flexible with check in! Highly recommended!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. The house was beautiful and decor was like the pictures. It felt like home the first night we stayed. I stayed here for a week while I worked in town. It is a dream! Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds are a dream! 💭 The kitchen is beautifully updated and has all the things you might need. The A/C works great (I am hot-natured) and the lock and unlock app for the door is very convenient. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities when staying in town for a full week. Would 100% recommend and I would stay again if the need arises. Thanks again!

Anna's condo was beautifully decorated and serene. The balcony had a nice side view of the ocean and was a warm sunny place to sit late afternoon. The entrance had a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and we liked the cotton bedspread. The nice size TV's with streaming service was a bonus. We appreciated the shower spa experience. The kitchen had beautiful white dishes, clear glassware and nice stainless steel pots. We would recommend a crockpot or instant pot. The bathroom's were very clean. The walk to the beach was quick. We loved the private beach, white sand and aquamarine blue water. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella for your day on the beach. Overall Anna's place was perfect for our month stay. Thank you for all the special memories.

Loved our time here! Little noisy but as to be expected because of the location and spring breakers! Overall, great price for a great place!

I loved the private access to the beach and i was very pleased that there were chairs and other activities that were provided in the condo for us to take to the beach. Two adults and two teenagers slept comfortably, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay again for sure!

What a great place !!! My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Marina’s place this Easter. We enjoyed beautiful views from balcony every morning. We used the pool every evening and enjoyed comfortable apartment that she has to offer. Beach and color of the water is just stunning. The building stuff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed every hour there and our kids didn’t want to go back home. We definitely come back next year. Thank you Marina🙂
