This is a 3394 sqft house on Oyster Lake - on 30A close to the beach * Pool: As of winter 2024 a private pool is being built. Should be ready for Summer 2025. Plan is to open pool in June but it depends on the County. This house comes with a 6-seater golf cart and a hot tub - please read house rules for more info on this. 4 outdoor security cameras on site: one overlooking the driveway/garage, one facing the side of the yard and street, a doorbell camera and a camera overlooking the pool.
