Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

Inside, you'll find a breathtaking and spacious family room, 3 bedrooms, and sleeping arrangements for 10. Enjoy relaxing on the screened porch! Pool heating is available for $40/day. Details below. Our 6 seat golf cart is available for rent for $125/day We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.

Old Florida style with modern amenities - Roku TVs, new floors and tile, great lounging spaces, driveway parking for 2+1 cars. PLEASE NOTE Primary renter must be 25 years old or more and onsite for the duration of the stay. Sorry, this house is not designed for college spring break festivities.

Gorgeous gulf views and sunsets! Overlooking the powder white sands of Panama City Beach, this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has it all! Fully equipped kitchen, large private balcony, fully tiled (no carpet!) and just steps away from the Gulf's emerald waters. **NOTE** There is a mandatory $27 resort fee per reservation for parking and wristbands due at the time of check in at the office located on the main floor.

The Nest At Old Bay Beach House

It is very short walk to the beach. The one bedroom Nest is good for a couple or a couple with a small child. It is too small for 4 adults but will accommodate. The full kitchen is small but it has everything you will need. The laundry room outdoor shower and screened porch are shared. We’re sorry but we do not allow pets. A pet fine of $250 will be charged if a pet is present.
