Beach house holiday rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Taylor’s place was true to the listing pictures and descriptions. Everything about the condo was clean, organized, and Taylor was very responsive about any needs we had. We had a toddler with us and we were very pleased to find some beach toys in a storage bench outside. We loved having the beach such a short walk away and we saw dolphins from the balcony one afternoon during our stay. The sunset view from the balcony was excellent! We chose this location hoping for a quiet and calm beach experience and it definitely met our expectations! Other notes: -the condo was very clean and did not smell strongly of synthetic fragrances which was great for me -the walls are thick and we didn’t hear anyone above or next to us through the walls or ceiling

This place was amazing and it was perfect amount of space for 10 people. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all big and nice! Pool was great.

This place is wonderful! The home is right on the beach. There is a public access right next door but it is not an issue at all. The beach area isn’t crowded and the view from the two decks is terrific. Only a short 5 minute or so drive to many places. Groceries, shops and restaurants of the 30A area. Highly recommended.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was so great to walk out the back of the home directly onto the beach. The house was clean, well decorated and just the right size for the two of us. Jeff was a perfect host. If I had a question, he responded with in less than a minute!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The aesthetic of the space was beautiful—thoughtfully designed and incredibly inviting. The pool was absolutely fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Everything was super clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. The host was very communicative and made everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and stylish getaway!

This is our second stay with Robbie & Ellen. This has become our favorite spot! This is a great location if you have small children. We will be coming back to vacation here.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Everything was absolutely perfect—from the moment we walked in, it was clear the property is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-organized. The decor is professionally done, stylish yet comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail was impressive. The home had everything we needed and more—it truly felt like nothing was missing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, especially after our beach days. It was the perfect way to wind down and relax. Highly recommend!

We absolutely adored this house! It’s way more spacious than the pictures make it seem and so beautiful. It’s only about two blocks from a wonderful beach. And Levi and Darah were just incredible!!!! They went above and beyond for us over and over. We only had one very minor issue with some neighbors the first night (it is also a rental, not bad neighbors) but Levi and Darah were so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

The house was perfect and the location was ideal within a short walk to both the beach and one of the community pools. Our family has been to Carillon multiple times and this was our favorite home.

Beautiful pool. It’s the perfect size. Mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials and then some to make our favorite meals. Golf cart was a nice touch.

My family and I had a great stay, everything was clean perfect layout in the house, perfect amount of toys in the house and for the pool for the kids! It was clean smelled brand new and Josh was SO responsive. We are so grateful- close to rosemary beach and the infamous 30a. 😍❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Dancing Heron! It was within walking distance to the beach and a great pool with a fire pit and multiple cushioned lounge chairs. The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of space for our extended family! We would recommend Dancing Heron if you’re looking for a great place to stay close to Rosemary Beach and surrounding areas!

Beautiful home! Just like the photos! Check in was very easy and location is spectacular. Your minutes away from the beach on the gulf cart which is a great amenity! This is a true gem! Tucked away from the busy Rosemary and Ally’s beach but just a quick drive to the beautiful areas of 30A! John, Lauren, Mark and Julie were always there the entire stay and helped us with any little hiccups we had! Place was very very clean besides some minor things. There was construction right behind the house. Which was a little busier this week but wasn’t that bad. our stay was spectacular! All beds were really comfortable! We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful home!

Wonderful home with every amenity we could need. Our three-year-old loving taking golf cart rides, and it was easy getting to the beach and to 30A. Home was very spacious as we never felt crammed or on top of each other. Will definitely come back and highly recommend Ali and team!

This area was great for my family of 4 plus some extended family! It’s quiet, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need inside and out. The back yard was a great plus for my fur babies and the outdoor shower was GREAT! Rebecca was very responsive and helpful with anything you need.

This home was such a blessing to us! We didn't realize how amazing it was to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach AND Publix until we got there. It made our travel so stress free and convenient! I was grateful for the host's maps they provided so we never felt confused on where to go. We also loved that the house was so close to great restaurants at and around Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and incredibly kid friendly in its amenities for my 3 and 1 year old. Wish we could have stayed another day!

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience with High Tide R And R! Our flights to Florida all went smooth and we we're in town sooner than expected. I sent them a message and they allowed us to check in a few hours prior to the original check in time. We can't thank them enough for a great experience and will hopefully be back soon to use them again!

We had an amazing time at this vacation rental. The house is located just around the corner from the public beach access, which by the way doesn’t have any stairs, so that’s awesome!! The beach is very quiet and the sandy part is huge. You won’t have people crowded together, everyone has plenty of space. The house is amazing and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked well, you have everything you need to cook if you don’t want to eat out. The only cons were that the kids bunk beds are downstairs where you walk inside (I’m not a fan of sleeping two stories away from them) and the doors downstairs don’t have any blinds so anyone walking by could see you sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Otherwise this house was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place! Restaurants and stores are very close too. 5 stars!!!

This place has everything you need for a family trip, walking distance to the beach, hot tub, all the amenities, toys for the kids, BBQ, and the place is super clean. This is now our favorite spot!

Amanda was very helpful and responsive. The listing and the place were on point. It was great for us as we were close to our relatives, quiet, and peaceful. The location was also centralized for all the fishing spots as well. If we are back in the area, this will be the first place we try to reserve.
