House holiday rentals in St Andrews

We had a fantastic weekend staying here to celebrate my best friend. The house is gorgeous with so much space! The photos do not do it justice! There was a lovely pool and hot tub. Sarah came by to make sure we’d settled in and was available if we needed anything. We’d even got a later check out which was a great bonus. Everyone had a great time! I will definitely recommend booking The Granary! I would love to come back for another trip. Sarah had also left us a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us which was a lovely touch we appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnwagen ist überraschend geräumig und die Lage ist einfach toll. Das Meer ist nur durch eine Straße von der Unterkunft getrennt. Wenn Ebbe ist, kann man gemütlich am Strand entlang spazieren. Mit dem Bus, der nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt ist, fährt man bequem nach Edinburgh. Die Lage ist ruhig, und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es in der Anlage auch. Die Ausstattung des Wohnwagens ist super! Wir waren zu viert dort (4 Erwachsene) und haben nichts vermisst. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!!!

This was a lovely place to stay. I was attending a wedding close by and it was perfect for what we needed. Scott was great to communicate with and a really lovely guy, will definitely be back.

A fabulous lodge on a great site. So comfortable with everything you could want. Beautiful bedding and towels. Great showers. Lovely 5 ring cooker and plenty pits and pans. Tanya was great leading up to the visit making sure we had all the info we needed. Very responsive when we had one or two questions. The only minor issue we had is that there is no terrestial tv due to location. We had to use apps on our phone. Highly recommended.

Scots place was beautiful. Lots to do inside and outside. Kids had lot of fun as there were toys scooter and bike. There was colouring books and pens card games kids did not get enough time as we only booked for one night. Scott was kind and he extended our check out. Kids made the most out of it. Not far away from Edinburgh castle which was our holiday plans to explore Edinburgh city. Clean kitchen and toilet and shower. We had everything we needed in the caravan. Thanks Scott for making the one night stay comfortable. You are a star

I booked this property at short notice and the reason was because I saw that it had a good location and also a pool for my children to play in the water and that since I had a short time, I saw this as a good space, but the only thing is that the pool cannot be used in cold weather.... But in terms of being large, clean and tidy and having amenities, it is a very suitable place, just because I wanted to go to Edinburgh, which was an hour away. Most importantly, the owner was very kind and polite. He also lived in the property next door and was a very nice person. When we returned, our cat was lost in the garden and he helped us find it with great kindness and patience. I am extremely grateful to him, I recommend that you travel there for rest and accommodation.

Would highly recommend this air BnB It is very comfortable with lots of nice little touches when we arrived such as flowers in the rooms.

Carolyn's place in St Andrews was a great place to stay for our golf trip with 4 people. It was easily walkable to town to grab a drink and bite to eat. St Andrews Golf Course right in town as well and within reach. The other area world class courses are all within a 25 minute drive. The hot tub was a nice way to relax the muscles after each round of golf. If coming back to St Andrews we would love to stay here again.

This is the most perfect Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything was exceptional. Beautiful space for my group of friends to hang out. Shirley was super accommodating and we loved the experience and we'll definitely coming back for longer.

We loved our stay at Patricia's - a beautiful big house with a lovely garden backing onto a stream that runs through the old town. Patricia was very responsive and proactive on checking how we wanted things like the beds set up. Was lovely to visit again and stay for longer.

Was up celebrating 30th with family place was amazing looks even better in person plenty to do in and around the house also the hosts where always very helpful

We had a really great stay at Liams for the bank holiday weekend! Such great accommodation, really comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen and all very modern and clean. Close to supermarkets and walkable to town. Very quiet neighbourhood. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our time in St. Andrews. The house was warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It struck the perfect balance—tucked in a quiet spot, yet just a short walk to the heart of town, the Old Course, and all that St. Andrews has to offer. The host was kind, communicative, and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s clear they take great pride in creating a great experience for their guests. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the charm and history of St. Andrews with all the comforts of home.

We stayed at Charlotte's house for a family 50th Birthday celebration and it was just the perfect place for 3 generations to relax, have fun and spend some quality time together. The whole house is beautiful and so well appointed with everything we could need both inside and in the garden. Kids and adults alike had a ball and it definitely lived up to being a peaceful house but just minutes from all the East Neuk has to offer. This is a stunning property and we loved our visit! 😍

Beautiful cottage that was immaculate. Excellent location with easy parking on site. Very central location, with numerous walks to access, restaurants to eat - and all a very short walk. Ruth was very friendly, pro-active and a clear communicator. A highly recommended stay for a St Andrews visit.

we are 4 golfers from Canada.. First time visit to the home of golf.. David's house was everything we had hoped for. lots of space for the 4 of us. extremely clean and close to the courses and all other amenities. I'm sorry we couldn't give you a higher rating than 5 stars. Would definitely recommend staying at David's home.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Denfield. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful outside sitting area and view across the fields to the sea. Shirley and John, the hosts, were great. Communication was excellent and they checked in with us during our stay to ensure that everything was ok. They also provided a tasty starter pack for us including the most delicious local strawberries. Our group included a small dog and my Mum who has mobility issues. However, the house was well set up for her, with a large downstairs bedroom and en suite/jack & jill bathroom. The dog was also made welcome, with treats and a Mud Daddy portable shower unit for those wash downs after the beach walks! I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would visit again. Thank you Shirley and John for such a great stay!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. What a lovely fantastic place to stay. Everything was clean, tidy and you didn't need for anything as there is lots of extra items available for you. Little things like washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. We even had fresh eggs delivered each morning. The kitchen is wonderful, there is everything you need. Beautifully clean and kept well. The jacuzzi bath is special. The beds were comfortable and clean..Electric windows and blinds, a lovely touch and all easy to use. The games outside, tennis, football, basketball was great, and the grounds to walk in are an additional godsend if you have a dog. The hottub outside was clean, tidy and comfortable with such a lovely feel, being surrounded by fields. The grounds were quiet, spotless and it just felt like home the minute we arrived. We had a late check in as we got there late as our car broke down. But Alan stayed up to make sure we got in safely. 100% highly recommended.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Lawton Cottage. Umringt von Bäumen ist es so schön ruhig und man hat eine super Privatsphäre. Simon hat stehts schnell reagiert und uns im Garten und der Umgebung ums Haus herum alles machen lassen. Wir können es nur empfehlen
