We hope to provide great memories for this special occasions or breaks away.
“Just arrived home from a weekend at The Secret Garden and it exceeded all our expectations. For starters, Derry was an incredible host, made us feel at home from the minute we arrived, ensuring we had everything we needed. Any problems big or small, he came over straight away to assist us. The pictures speak for themselves, the place is beautiful, well crafted and in a beautiful location. There isn't anything we could fault from our entire weekend, the hot tub was amazing, and although we didn't use the fire pit, sauna or the barbecue, they added to the aesthetic and looked relatively easy to use (we just have no common sense and didn't want to attempt using them and breaking them haha). There were board games and a pack of cards to use which made our evenings much more fun along with a box of blankets for when it got cooler. We will definitely be returning again if we can find space to book!! We can't recommend this place enough!”

“We had a great stay at Barry's Lodge and would highly recommend. We were a little unsure whether to go away with the current situatuon but everything in the lodge was very clean and clearly well looked after. The lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The views from the hot tub were fantastic and gave us the opportunity to chill out!Barry came and introduced himself and gave us some tips for nice walks in the area which there were plenty. We would definitely stay again!”

“Jill is an amazing host with a property to match. The cottage has everything you need inside it, and it is located on a private and peaceful plot of land. You can park your car right outside the door, and it has a nice big garden for dogs to play in. The cottage is immaculate and we loved the little surprise treats Jill left for us on our arrival including the dog biscuits for our dogs Coco and Lucky. We had a lovely few days staying at this property and would recommend it. There are plenty of places to eat near by, and we enjoyed visiting Todmorden and Hebden Bridge. Thank you Jill!x”
