The cottage has been finished to the highest standard and comfortable sleeps 2 in a double bedroom with access to the patio via the French doors. The open-plan kitchen lounge is peaceful whether the bifold doors are open to the fresh air or cosy with the wood burner. Property features a Dyson Purifier which purifies, humidifies and cools the bedroom in the cottage.

At one end of its location lies the ruins of one of Europe’s largest medieval structures - at the other is the world famous Old Course. In between, is one of the world’s oldest universities, the 3rd oldest English-speaking University in the world.

Located in the conservation area, with no direct access for cars, the only noise one hears is the wind and the occasional seagull flying overhead.
