Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Spoleto

Bellissima villetta situata in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde dei campi. Comodissima per alcuni giorni di vacanza in Umbria. Salotto ampio e cucina completa. Camere curate e ordinate. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. Super consigliato, visto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Son appartement est très joliment décoré, doté d’équipements modernes, très calme avec une jolie vue sur la campagne environnante et idéalement situé, dans une maison médiévale toute en pierres et permettant d’accéder à pieds à un excellent restaurant (hôtel/restaurant La Rocca) bon marché (situé à 2 pas) et à tous les lieux de visite de la très jolie ville d’Assise. Je recommande à 100 %

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Leonard's beautiful house. It was the perfect place for my friends, my family, and me to relax and enjoy our time together. The house is located in a stunning area with a breathtaking view of the valley below Castiglion Fiorentino. From there, we were able to visit nearby places such as Florence, Siena, Assisi, Cortona, and other charming local spots. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Leonardo, who is an architect by profession, has put a lot of effort into creating and furnishing this incredible home. From our first contact to the entire stay, he was always available to provide us with useful information and recommendations on what to see and do in Tuscany. We all loved our time here, and we would definitely love to return to this house in the future!

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach perfekt. Gaspare, Raquel und Cristoforo waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!!

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno memorabile, la casa di Andrea è arredata con grande gusto, ogni dettaglio è curato. Menzione d'onore soprattutto al giardino, pieno di fiori e piante meravigliose, con barbecue, amaca e sdraio dove rilassarsi.

A házigazda azonnal válaszolt az üzenetekre, körbevezetett és mesélt a helyszín történetéről. Szuper tágas a ház. A jakuzzi megfelelő volt, csillagos ég alatt. A tetőn lévő kilátóból nagyon szép látvány tárul elénk. Amit érdemes megemlíteni, hogy a természet közvetlen közelségében van a ház, előfordulhat, hogy a szobában, konyhában találkozhatunk a természet szereplőivel (nagy pók, poloska, méhecske). De a házigazda kézségesen segít minden szituációban. Ezt leszámítva tökéletes szállás. Ajánlom természet kedvelőknek.

Nicolina is a fantastic host, with brilliant English. Very kind and informative of the area and places to visit. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Superb views over the surrounding countryside. Great location for touring the Marche District. Everything thought of in the accommodation. We hope to return.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Battista. Battista a été très flexible et arrangant à tout point de vue. La maison est propre et charmante, très bien équipée et située dans un environnement Incroyable. Seul bemol de notre côté, la nécessité d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer vers les points d'interets et aller au restaurant. Nous conseillerons pour sur ce logement à des amis et esperons revenir un jour.
