Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Perugia

Beautiful villa located in a quiet area and surrounded by the greenery of the fields. Very comfortable for a few days of vacation in Umbria. Large living room and full kitchen. Curated and uncluttered rooms. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Highly recommended, also given the excellent quality/price ratio.

I spent a few days in Gabriele's house with my family (4 adults and 2 children). Our stay was pleasant, the apartment matches the photos, it is complete with everything and very clean. Saragano is a magical place nestled in the Umbrian hills and central to the main destinations. Given the location, a car is essential for getting around. I highly recommend it!

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Maria’s place was located in the perfect location. It was clean and comfortable. Maria was also a great host and responsive whenever I messaged her. Having the windows open and listening to the birds chirping was very relaxing after a busy couple of days in Rome.

The village of Caprile was a pleasant discovery for us: intimate and quiet surrounded by nature but still just a few minutes by car from the main amenities. We were both able to take nice walks and be able to explore the area with ease. Michele's home has its own character and enjoys the influence of different cultures. Everything is taken care of from the inside to the outside. The terrace also has a barbecue station and you can take advantage of Michele's green thumb to enrich the dishes with its aromatic herbs. The hot tub offers great relaxation. Michele was a great guest.

Our family reunion at this incredible home was absolutely perfect! The house itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The location couldn’t be better: it’s peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous views, yet just a short drive to Castiglion Fiorentino. From there, you can easily catch a train to Florence or Rome, which made day trips super convenient. The host was truly amazing — so kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the very start. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to reconnect as a family. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

It’s a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay there. We were really happy about the steaming sauna and dry sauna, it was like a wellness week. The kitchen is well equipped and the place has enough space for 4-6 people! Thank you so much for everything!

We had a pleasant stay with the family despite the rain. Simone booked us the covered tennis class, the restaurant, and even arranged for us in record time the repair of our car. The house is splendid, breathtaking view, the amenities are very comfortable.

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

We had an extremely lovely stay. Nicolina was extremely accommodating and absolutely likeable right from the beginning. The place was completely clean and the location and surroundings were very pleasant. All in all, it couldn't have gone better. It was a unique experience and is definitely recommended. This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

We spent four weeks in Matteo‘s cosy hide-away and didn’t want to leave. It‘s a chalet with a warm personal touch, spacious, very well equipped, incredibly quiet and with a stunning view of the Marche hills. There are lots of hiking paths starting right in the tiny village (make sure you get on top of Monte Valmontagnana one day!) and yet charming Fabriano with lots of restaurants and shops is only about ten minutes with a car downhill. It’s a good starting place to explore attractions like Ancona, Jesi or Assisi. Matteo was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful indeed. We‘ll come back.
