Townhouse holiday rentals in Province of Perugia

From March 28th until April 4th, 2025, we stayed in the lovely house of Christine and David. David waited for us at arrival and showed us around. We really enjoyed staying in the house. Very lovely and well equipped with a warm welcome, friendly and helpful owners, fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, etc. We strongly recommend future guests to spend a holiday in this house which has lake view and is located nearby lovely villages and cities like Siena.

David's traditional Italian townhouse is full of charm and character with authentic architectural features in abundance! It has a cosy feel but is very spacious at the same time and there's plenty of room to relax. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the old town and the museum which were only a few minutes walk away. There was plenty to discover locally, including some excellent restaurants close by. Thankfully, the king size bed was very comfortable and we slept well both nights. We wanted to stay for longer, as we hadn't realised there was so much to see, so hopefully we'll be back next year for more wine tasting and wild swimming!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefania's place in Città della Pieve. Accommodation as described and photographed. Everything was perfect. Great communication, the owner was very helpful. We had a great time, if there is an opportunity we will be very happy to come back

The accommodation as described is presented with a great lake view and in a strategic area to visit many beauties of the area. The host was very friendly and helpful, also offering us a nice welcome present (coffee macino for our entire stay and Pasquale dove). The village of Monte del Lago, although very characteristic, does not offer large services within walking distance (at least in April), so it cannot be a place to stop for days without ever taking a bike/car. The proximity of an Enel X charging station for EV cars makes it particularly easy to recharge at night, enjoying zero problems for restarting the next day. The place is really complete with everything, including Pay TV.

We delighted in our stay at Marcelo's place. His and Donna's renovation of a medieval, in-town house is impeccable. A substantial degree of professional interior design is evident in the minimalism, yet all works flow historically. The lower-level spa and sauna are hedonistic yet blend beautifully with the rustic ambiance. The technology underlying the works is largely absent from view - yet functional. The first floor features a kitchen which will not disappoint an avid chef. The sitting area is minimalist but softened by clever, "soft" upholstery choices, cushions and comforting throws. Selective sculpture and objects d'art complete the picture. The surface treatment of walls is superb, as if revealing centuries of habitation in layers, each agreeing with one another in terms of tone and pallet. The rendering and paint work is first rate. For the aesthete and practical traveller alike, Marcelo's place offers a considered, curated view into the past embraced by the present.

Beautiful apartment, as pictured. Located in a very recent complex of houses that create almost a small village. Although it is located (which can be a plus for those looking for tranquility) a few kilometers away there is a small center with everything you need. Friendly and helpful host, recommended.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights to attend a wedding nearby. The house was very clean and homely and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice quiet area only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket/café and 15mins walk into the main city of Assisi so the location was perfect. Valentina was a fantastic host, very helpful with instructions and she was always very quick to respond to any of our queries. Would recommend to any group wishing to stay in Assisi as it was a seamless experience, thanks again Valentina!

This place is stunning.

Great village side house. Very clean and luxury. Friendly Host. View of Assisi Mountain from room. Need to add wifi, microwave oven and air conditioners. Then the place will be paradise.
