Very nice and cozy apartment located in a convenient location such that you can walk down and arrive in a few minutes downtown and all the necessary services. Very convenient for those who want to visit Assisi and surroundings since in a few minutes by car you can reach all the Franciscan religious sites that the area offers. Recommended

in the historic center of Bolsena, overlooking the lake. apartment a real wedding favor, warm and cozy, very clean. Bolsena is a beautiful village, maybe in summer a little more chaotic but in the Easter period we were beautiful.

We had a great time staying with Elena and Daniele. The place is great, you have a lot of privacy but don't feel left alone. Both were very quick to reach, Elena showed us everything and gave tips for the area. We also used the kitchen and found it sufficiently equipped. A really enchanting place that has been prepared very hospitably by the family and invites you to feel good. You can relax there wonderfully or take advantage of the many opportunities to do something in the area. I'm sure we'll be back :)

My wife and I stayed in this farmhouse surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The bed was comfortable and the nights spent in the quietness of the countryside. The outdoor space is very suitable for spending pleasant evenings in the warmer seasons. We were there in early November and so we were able to appreciate the qualities of the house inside. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Massimo welcomed us very kindly and immediately went out of his way to solve a problem related to the heating and drainage of the kitchen sink, so our stay took place without problems. Positive experience.

We had the most wonderful stay for Easter weekend. Our children loved all the space to run around as well as all the games and toys upstairs. This place is out of a fairy tale, so beautiful. Our host Valeria was so kind, even when we checked in very late due to traffic and road work along our way. We would stay again if we could.

We (4 adults, 3 children) had a great summer vacation in Rudolfo's Villa! Everything as described, very quiet, great pool, table tennis and everything else you need on vacation. Excursions to San Marino, Perugia and Assisi … everything wonderful, but the best was chilling in the garden! Rudolfo, his son and his on-site team were super helpful! Extra recommendation: Pizza evening with Rita!

We booked the house in the countryside and had a wonderful holiday. The hosts are extremely friendly and were there for us. The garden is well maintained, the pool has been cleaned regularly. A nice holiday

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. We are already planning our trip back!! 😍🥰😉

We stayed 14 at Gertrude's for a bachelorette party. Beautiful, quiet place, with the possibility of soccer, barbecue and alfresco dinner under the stars. Definitely recommend!
