Villa holiday rentals in Spoleto

We loved spending a week at this beautiful villa, which seems to have been renovated quite recently with wonderful taste, suiting an Italian countryside villa. And the views, breathtakingly beautiful! Everything was even better than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining arkea and the kitchen. Perfect for our group of four friends! The villa is a few kilometers from the closest shops, restaurants etc. so you need a car to get around. There were many towns and villages nearby which we enjoyed exploring. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location!

Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

Incredible farmhouse in a very quiet place. The outdoor space is really huge and perfect for our setter who hasn't stopped for a minute. Really great solution for those who have a dog as the space is huge and completely fenced. Then, well, the house doesn't need any further description, the photos speak for themselves. A strategic area for visiting the beautiful neighbouring areas of Umbria and Lazio. Letizia is a very helpful, kind and super responsive host. Thank you! Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cosy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation there, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

This home was incredible. The hosts are beyond friendly and communicate quickly and are so helpful. The house is comfortable - the kitchen is outstanding - and we ADORED the town of Orte. absolutely would love to visit again some day!

We cannot say enough good things about Tracey and her beautiful Casa Braeside. The house is cozy and just gorgeous, and it was plenty spacious for us (family of 5) and had everything we needed and then some. It stayed cool in the summer heat thanks to thick walls and solid window shutters (plus A/C in case we needed it). The kids loved the pool, and we were all mesmerized by the fireflies at night. I appreciated the multiple places to sit outside. There are always at least one or two outdoor seating areas in the shade at any given time of day. And there’s a hammock! We loved the tranquility: the only things that made noise were the birds singing in the morning, a few summer thunderstorms, and our own kids, ha. The view of the town above is something straight from a postcard. The recommendations for restaurants were detailed and much appreciated. We loved exploring the unspoiled and hardly touristed surroundings. And the property manager is excellent & answered all our questions. 100%!

Manfredi was the best host possible! We truly enjoyed every second with our family. At first the location was difficult to find, but thanks to his excellent and rapid responses we could find the house easily! The house is even more beautiful in person, the photos don’t do justice to the sheer beauty of the property and the surroundings. A must visit when in the region! Good week in this house

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. This place is magical! It’s even better than the pictures, it’s a little oasys of green and beauty. The house is like a cozy cottage surrounded by majestic oaks, lush green and with a gorgeous sunset! There’s lots to do in the surroundings, Vitorchiano, Villa Lante, the Moutan botanical garden and more. Federica is extremely kind and responsive, she always helped and was very flexible. We loved the place and hope to come back soon!

The villa was peaceful and spacious. We felt very comfortable there for our month’s stay. It had wonderful views of Orvieto and the surrounding hills. Pia, Alessandro and Theresa were also great and very helpful.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

We had a wonderful stay at Leonard's beautiful house. It was the perfect place for my friends, my family, and me to relax and enjoy our time together. The house is located in a stunning area with a breathtaking view of the valley below Castiglion Fiorentino. From there, we were able to visit nearby places such as Florence, Siena, Assisi, Cortona, and other charming local spots. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Leonardo, who is an architect by profession, has put a lot of effort into creating and furnishing this incredible home. From our first contact to the entire stay, he was always available to provide us with useful information and recommendations on what to see and do in Tuscany. We all loved our time here, and we would definitely love to return to this house in the future!

Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Spectacular farmhouse, with garden equipped with table tennis table, corner bbq lounge chairs, pool. there were 10 of us and 2 children were wide. common room equipped with a large fireplace and wood-burning oven. a beautiful rustic estate

Stunning location high up over the lake, beautiful views from the balcony, and the most peaceful and private place I have stayed. The villa has a rustic feel and is well equipped with everything you could need, but the outstanding features are the fabulous pool and picturesque garden, full of butterflies and bees! We would love to come back!

Well, what can we say to sum up this perfect holiday?! Not only is Maria a wonderful, enigmatic host, the house itself is amazing, and full of character and charm. The beautiful surrounding olive groves and picturesque Italian towns are on your doorstep and there is a swimming pool and table tennis at your disposal. I don’t want to say too much more because I want to keep it as our secret! Grazie, Maria, we will be back!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Excellent from start to finish. Smooth check in, super clean, and great for sleeping. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom are on lower/sub level down from main floor. 1 bedroom and bath is on main floor. Layout made for awesome, quiet, and cool temps at night. Mattresses and sheets and pillows were excellent. Professional turn around on the linens. Hosts had 2 bags of ice in the freezer at check in, which was a nice touch (because Europeans don’t seem to value ice as much as Americans …) We were there for a wedding at the castle up the hill. Previous guests have noted that it’s not walkable, which is correct. It’s an easy 8 minute drive up the mountain. From this house. The normal town of Assisi (not the ancient village on the hill) is an easy 10 minute drive with restaurants and a couple grocery stores. Driving in Italy eas easier than expected. Great hosts, would stay there again.
