Renovated old farmhouse, divided into apartments of various sizes. It is just a few kilometers from Montefalco and the main art cities of Umbria. It has a large garden, play area, barbecue, equipped pool, parking. The apartment is a two-room apartment, on the first floor, with double bedroom, bathroom with shower with box, and entrance with kitchenette/living area and double sofa bed. Outside it has a gazebo with table and chairs.

The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The apartment has a separate entrance, 1 double bedroom with jacuzzi, kitchen with living area, sofa, private bathroom, fireplace, TV and WiFi. Dogs under 10 kg are allowed on request and with a daily supplement to be paid on site.
