Unser Cozy Apartment ist eine einzigartige Unterkunft, die sich besonders durch ihre beeindruckende Größe auszeichnet. Diese großzügige Gestaltung ermöglicht es uns, Gruppen von bis zu 11 Personen unterzubringen. Aber das ist nicht der einzige Grund, warum unsere Gäste unser Ferienapartment lieben. Unser Apartment verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, die ideal für Selbstversorger ist, sowie eine Vielzahl von Schlafzimmern, die alle gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet sind.

Fancy a rustic holiday experience with up to 12 people? - Then the "Ansitz Ötztal" is just the thing! Centrally located in the Ötztal, our house offers the perfect opportunities for an incomparable holiday experience, both indoors and outdoors. The numerous possibilities for outdoor activities are inviting - in all four seasons! Skiing in Hochoetz, Niederthai, Kühtai or Sölden as well as hiking, the Stuibenfall, the Ötzi village or Area 47 are within easy reach.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Zitadelle – Dream house surrounded by greenery

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Cozy studio in a central location (20 m²) with ideal connections to the ski resorts: 10 minutes by bus to Sölden, 15 minutes to Ötz and 25 minutes to Gurgl. Access to the cross-country ski trail is possible directly from the house. In summer, you can cycle, bike and climb. Grocery store, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away. Pets are ONLY PERMITTED BY REQUEST and are welcome!

The light-flooded holiday home “ Bergsuite” is surrounded by mountains at 1.1000m of altitude and just 7 km away from St.Martin in Passeier. It is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed family holiday surrounded by nature or for a ski getaway, and it impresses guests with its unique and breathtaking views over the Val Passiria, which are not only popular among guests, but also among locals, who are fascinated by it.
