Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course also classical skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in between 10 and 20 minutes. All bus and train journeys are free with the guest card.

The apartment has everything you could wish for in your holiday. Recently renovated, your vacation residence spans 63 square meters. After a few years, the agriculture and butcher's shop were abandoned. By converting and increasing the barn, more rooms were gained.
