The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests!

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Nice little apartment in the middle of the Ötztal

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price (Use of the Leisure Arena) A tourist tax of €5 per person per night is charged on site in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can book breakfast on site as well. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per load and is not free of charge.

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and a very cosy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a toilet. Also: large terrace and a large garden that you can use. Private parking. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.

Almbergerhof Apartment Hirzer

The holiday apartment Almbergerhof Wohnung Hirzer is located in St. Martin in Passeiertal and offers a wonderful view of the Alps. The 60 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating a total of 4 people. Amenities also include a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available as well. This accommodation does not offer Wi-Fi.

Our house is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture and a fantastic view over the mountains. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place or in the sauna in the basement. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few mins.
