The spacious apartment is diagonally opposite the Zillertalbahn train station, which is very convenient for traveling by train and to use the free shuttle bus. With the code, we immediately got to the lovingly furnished apartment. Since there are three bedrooms, you can stay with several people or children. We also cooked there, it has everything you need. The communication with Ms. Hill was very kind. We would book the apartment again because you can easily walk to the river and into the small village but also quickly in Mayrhofen on the gondola. We had 4 wonderful days there

We rented a house for 10 people – everyone had enough space and were able to accommodate well. The house was clean and tidy, with a wonderful view of the mountains. The cows across the street create a very special atmosphere. The children were pampered with fresh milk from their own production, which was very pleasant. The hosts were very friendly and cordial. Nature is just amazing. Would definitely recommend this spot for a family vacation.

We used the accommodation for the third time and always satisfied, it is suitable for several families, the bonus is hernicka.

We had a wonderful stay. We were mixed different families, were skiing during the day, could cook and play relaxed in the evening and play sports. It was all as stated in the description. We had enough dishes, clean sheets and towels (18€ p.p. extra) and clean bathrooms. We also especially loved the ski boot dryer. Thanks to our hosts - we will be happy to come back :)

Everything was great so far. If you like it quietly on the mountain, this is the place to be. There is nothing within walking distance, it takes about 15 minutes by car to Zell. A ski taxi can be ordered free of charge from the landlord on request. Beautiful house, lots of space and everything clean, only the internet is a bit slow.

Overall a very pleasant stay, very lovely owner and wonderful home.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area in Austria with lots of opportunity for Outdoor activities in an incredible landscape. Bruno & Sabine were excellent hosts who welcomed us v warmly, were very responsive and made us feel completely at Home. We had a great stay and will not hesitate to return in the future

It was the second time. Everything as usual!

We had a wonderful getaway with two other families in this cozy house. The children could play safely in the fenced garden, the adults enjoy the sauna. Good room sizes and layout. There is a lot to discover in the area for children, for the most part even within walking distance: forest playground, children's hiking trails, spa, gondola railway Spieljoch with playground at the summit station, Murmelland...

Everything was OK, only the storage in the cellar right next to the ski room, I would recommend resolving it differently because of the smell.

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

We had a super nice time, in a fantastically beautiful house. The sauna is sufficient for 3 people, which was enough for us. Communication with the host was friendly, nice and above all quick. Parking went smoothly right in front of the entrance. And the Spar (supermarket) is 3 minutes on foot.
