Holiday rentals with a sauna in Seefeld

We had with our two 2 1/2 beautiful days in Sabine's apartment. The accommodation is in a great location and you can start numerous tours directly from the front door. Sabine is very friendly and was also able to give us one or the other tip. Wängle is a little gem that picked us up from the beginning and we had a great time :)

We were already guests at Alexandra's in 2022. Even then, we were super happy with the place. This time, too, we didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment for couples for skiing!

It was perfect, full 5 stars for Daniela. We had a great weekend in Imsterberg, the apartment is super well maintained and clean and with its own sauna, of course, pure luxury. Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very tasty. The apartment is within walking distance of shops for everyday needs, it is also not far into the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground car park is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you have not heard anything. The bedroom goes out the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Tegernsee, Nicci is in the right hands.

Easy to reach for travelers by public transport/DB, the train station is about 8 minutes away. The guest card entitles you to continue trips in Austria, so many beautiful corners and peaks are really easy to reach. In the apartment we particularly noticed the pleasant, new, fixed mattresses. We felt very comfortable.

Super clean and well-appointed house half. Everything is available, what is needed. Absolutely quiet location and everything easily accessible. The surroundings offer everything your heart desires for hiking. After a heavy shower, the use of the sauna was great. We will be happy to come back.

Chris was super nice, brought us the key at the agreed time and was very relaxed. He showed us around and asked if we needed anything else or if we needed any information about the place. Which is very cool if you're not familiar with it. Otherwise, we were very pleased that, in addition to pasta and chips, there was also beer and a bottle of wine in the accommodation. Not everyone does this, but because of such "little things" you feel very welcome. And if we are honest, the noodles actually saved us on New Year's Eve because we didn't know where else we could have found food. 😋 Thank you, we will be back!

The apartment Südwind of Tina and family, is a wonderful, beautiful spot on earth. The view of the great peaks from the balcony, such as Alpspitze, Großer Waxenstein and Zugspitze, is an absolute dream 🤩 with a coffee in hand, the first rays of sunshine shining on the summit crosses, simply absolutely perfect. Tina and her husband are two kind-hearted friendly hosts and it is an absolutely recommendable stay with them ❤️ We'll see you at the latest next year at ZUT2026🙌

Perfect location, very friendly hosts. The house is really unique, makes you want to stay here for weeks. I would like to thank the owners for giving us the opportunity to stay in their house. The place is really worth your attention, the hosts also took care of useful information and instructions on how to spend your time and what sights to visit. You feel at home, the beds are comfortable, all cooking utensils are in the kitchen. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The view of the lake from the living room is a special treat. Would love to come back

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

Amazingly peaceful. The views were out of site. 3 bathrooms were amazing and we enjoyed the sauna. I recommend walking to the brewery nearby.

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

The Peak was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. Peaceful, private, pristine, wonderful views, lots to do or a great place to rest/ relax. We only wish we’d had longer We’d highly recommend this property

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. A jewel in Oberammergau! Clean throughout and very nice bedrooms. Loved the sauna and the clothes washer. So very close to the center of things in town it was convenient to come and go throughout the day. Coming home to the beautiful garden was very welcoming. We hope to come back again someday. Great accommodation with a super nice location. The spa area with an alpine panorama was outstanding. The quiet location invites you to relax. Shops/restaurants directly in the village, 5 minutes by car. Beautiful hikes right from the property. All in all a very nice stay, we will be happy to come back.

I spent a few days with my two sons in the Gsteigstr. holiday home. Just like me, the two of them were immediately totally enthusiastic. The excellent location was simply fantastic. The furnishings of the house corresponded exactly to the description on the Internet. I'm sure we'll be back!
