There is a cloakroom at the entrance. Here you can go straight to the first bedroom (double bed). A kitchenette is located along the hallway towards the living/dining area. Arriving in the living and dining area, you will immediately see the cozy sitting area and the chill couch, the TV and much more. From there you will enter the bathroom and the second bedroom. Our largest apartment can accommodate a total of 6 people – ideally you are 4 adults and 2 children.

Each apartment has a double bedroom with its own bathroom, spacious kitchenette, living area and balcony with mountain views. Enjoy great excursions and attractions in summer with the Ötztal Inside Summer Card, which is included in the price and is valid from the 2nd day of your holiday.

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. We have a house bar in the basement where you can enjoy a beer/cocktail or other drink in the afternoon/evening. In the morning breakfast is included and you can enjoy a breakfast buffet. No extensive luxury, but lots of fun!
