Unsere Hütte ist ein einzigartiges Refugium, das Tradition und Moderne vereint. Auf 1.370 m Höhe gelegen, bietet sie atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die Tiroler Berge und blühende Almwiesen. Mit einer über 100 Jahre alten Geschichte verfügt sie über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Bergblick, und eine sonnige Terrasse. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021, combining modern architecture with sustainable design and great attention to detail. Featuring two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. Our apartment is located in the picturesque village of Baumkirchen, with a panoramic view of the mountains in the Inn Valley, directly on the field and edge of the forest, idyllic in the countryside. The central location on the highway and train connection (7 minutes' walk) allows numerous activities such as excursions, hikes, any sporting activities in any season for all ages. The proximity to Innsbruck, Hall, Wattens or Schwaz also makes it possible to make cultural excursions.

In addition, you can toboggan on the longest toboggan run in Tyrol to just outside the apartment door, stroll through the old town and much more...

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away, the bike path passes in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on the Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away, there is the possibility to end the day culinary at the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
