It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

In the living and dining area, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and Nespresso coffee maker. A cozy sitting area and a large sofa are also located there. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
