Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Schwaz District

Top, Wolfgang was easily accessible, accommodation very nice! Private garden, sauna and hot tub make the weekend an experience. Right in nature, hiking trails right outside the front door with great destinations. Parking in front of the door and fully equipped house.

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Anja‘s place was a lovely haven for our family to spend our winter holiday. The place was spotless, we had snow galore, made use of the toboggans, went skiing nearby, grilled marshmallows over a fire and spent cozy evenings inside. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable time from all of us!

Amazing place, looks better than the photos. Loved our stay at the property with beautiful views all around and it's close to Swarovski. Only issue we faced was the location was not right, but the host Natalie immediately helped and responded to our messages! overall a great one, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and perfect home in Kramsach for our 4-day vacation. The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and truly had everything we needed! Jwala prepared everything for our stay with a kid and a baby, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has enough space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in nice weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always received a quick and friendly response. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation with Eva and Hanspeter. You have everything you need. The children were very happy with the garden, as there were so many play opportunities. The accommodation is right next to a small village church that starts ringing its bells from 6 a.m., you have to like it. But otherwise, I can really recommend the accommodation for families. We would book here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Matthias’s place! Everything was excellent – from the warm welcome to the spotless cleanliness of the property. The space was well-equipped, cozy, and exactly as described. Matthias was a wonderful host, always responsive and attentive to any questions I had. The location was perfect, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend staying here.

First, there was a personal and nice welcome by the landlords. The "apartment" is, in terms of size, rather an apartment, very new and nicely decorated, cozy. Everything you need is available(especially in the kitchen area), we didn't miss anything. Although the apartment is located directly at the landlord's house, we never saw the landlords. Privacy is guaranteed. However, requests will be responded to immediately. The place is definitely recommended by us. 5/5 stars

Thomas and Gerti welcomed us super nicely and there was even a small bottle of the in-house schnapps in the basket with chocolate and other goodies. You feel right at home in the apartment and the amenities and cleanliness were great. It is a bit remote high in the mountains, but for us the mountain panorama and the hiking trails were a dream. The ski bus picks you up reliably right outside the front door and if you don't want to cook yourself, the inn across the street prepares wonderful dinners. All in all, a great apartment with great hosts.

Just great! The place on Lake Achen was beautiful and just what I was looking for. I was there with my two dogs and all three of us were totally comfortable from the first moment. The fenced garden was a big plus – perfect for the dogs to romp and relax. Everything was clean, cozy and lovingly furnished. Host Martin was very nice, helpful and always available. The location is fantastic for walks and nature enjoyment. I'd love to come back – highly recommended!

Great place for families.

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.

We spent two wonderful weeks in May in this small, cozy cottage. We lacked nothing, the kitchen is oriented with everything you need and also a small DVD collection provides some variety in the evening. We especially liked to make a campfire, wood for this is provided free of charge by Bec + Chris. The location in the middle of nature is top. You get relatively little from the street that is directly adjacent. We slept great, the beds are soft and the linens are very high quality. Otherwise, everything was as described, the app of the two is also recommended to explore the area. Keep it up, we will be happy to come back '-).

A really special place. Those who love seclusion, hiking and nature will definitely get their money's worth here. Very friendly and helpful owners. We will be happy to come back!

The cabin and nature are simply a dream!

The quaint simple cabin is fantastically located and the drinking water fountain right outside the door. We were there at the beginning of March for 3 nights for 5t. Ski in ski out.... just great and the toboggan run is also really fun. We were also able to transport our luggage well on the sleds! The heating/cooking with wood was great and also the shower worked well!
