The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

From the outside, the listed historic building has a romantic appearance, while the mountain panorama in the background makes this charming property truly eye-catching.
