Holiday rentals with a sauna in Schmalkalden-Meiningen

We (two couples on cycling holidays) felt very comfortable. Everything well maintained and well equipped. We could safely store the bikes in the garage. Very nice terrace. Langenbieber is also ideal as a starting point for the bike rides (Fulda, Wasserkuppe, Point Alpha, Noahs' sailing, Milseburg bike path anyway). Mr. Harnier is also a very pleasant and helpful host.

My grandparents enjoyed their stay here very much! They felt comfortable from the start as the place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Christine was extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The location was perfect for them. They still rave about the beautiful days there and were completely satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality – they would love to come back anytime!

This space was perfect! It was clean and comfortable, and so peaceful. My only regret is we didn’t have more time to stay here! It was truly amazing. You won’t regret your decision to stay.

We stayed at Ann-Kathrin's place one weekend. It was a dream come true. Our daughter was able to take a forest walk with the pony and take riding lessons. It was totally happy. The ponies and horses are sweet and balanced. Our dogs also got their money's worth in the beautiful surroundings during our walks. The place is lovingly decorated and nothing is missing. It's a pity that the weekend went by so quickly. We definitely want to repeat it. Thanks to Ann-Kathrin and her family! 🥰

Apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail in which we immediately felt comfortable. Check-in was easily possible via a key box and yet the host was always available to us with a lot of understanding for questions. We arrived with a dog and were very pleased that a large basket and a bowl were ready for it. For our stay, everything was perfectly prepared with many little touches that we did not take for granted, but we could immediately feel even more comfortable. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the accommodation to anyone.

The stay was pleasant. There are many rooms with enough privacy. The location is ideal for being close to Würzburg, but at the same time is very quiet and village-like. The landlady was very nice and helpful.

My wife and I had a good time at the end of December in the spacious, quiet and almost directly on the forest apartment of Fam. Vogel family. There is nothing missing in the well-equipped apartment. We perceived Joachim and his wife as very friendly, approachable and easily accessible landlords, who even thought of subtle Christmas decorations. Only the mattresses we found too soft. For me, the daily hikes criss-crossing the adjacent, extensive forest area were a real highlight.

Big plus points are of course sauna and pool table, but also beyond you can only feel comfortable here because you notice how much passion is in the apartment. On top you have a flexible and warm host with Toto, who allowed us to check out later and attach great importance to making his guests feel comfortable. We will be back!

Fantastic, comfortable place. Quiet neighborhood, nice views, you can rest after long day. You will find everything you will need for short or long stay. I hope we will return sooner or later

There were nine of us in the place and we spent 4 wonderful days there. The apartment is above average well appointed and especially the many play options (billiards, darts and air hockey) were a real hammer. In addition, we spent a day completely in the beautiful garden. Steven was so nice and provided us with blankets and bean bags. Otherwise, communication with Steven went very well. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at Lohmanns Landhaus zum See was just wonderful! The combination of tranquility, comfort and wellness inspired us. The classic sauna and the easy-to-use hot tub ensured pure relaxation. The large terrace with sauna, hot tub and a cozy igloo to warm up was a real highlight. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening rounded off the day perfectly. We really liked the decor in the cozy country house style. Alex and Bianca were always available, responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. Particularly helpful was the lovingly compiled book with tips on attractions, cycling and hiking trails as well as restaurants. The quiet surroundings were ideal for switching off, and we were able to relax optimally. An all-round perfect stay – we will be happy to come back and can highly recommend it!

A nice apartment in a quiet location and nice landlords. We enjoyed it very much!

We stayed with two families and a total of five children in the accommodation and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The house is ideal for families: plenty of space, comfortably furnished and very clean. The kids had plenty of room to play inside and outside – especially the garden was a real highlight! The kitchen was also super equipped. Surroundings is quiet and safe, perfect for family trips or relaxing days on site. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly. We would come back anytime – absolutely recommended for families with kids!

We really loved this holiday house - the view was brilliant and the house had everything we needed.

We were there with a dog over New Year's Eve. Beautiful house, no frills, very well equipped kitchen (I have to mention it: sharp cutting knives), very cozy and soundproofed. Didn't even hear the blast. Host very nice, ostramondra seems to host many dogs, in our case there was a lot of barking in the neighborhood, which did not bother us.

Super great place to stay, everything clean and tidy, amazing view. Great spot to unwind. So if you want to enjoy the peace, this is the place to be. Great nice hosts, I can only recommend it.👍😊

It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment or vacation home . Always happy to come back . We didn't miss anything. We can only warmly recommend it.

We were very pleased. Elke was nice and straightforward. The barbecue facilities at the farm were very welcome. As well as the beautiful village playground with small football field - just the right size for us or the children. We also liked to visit the open village church. In the house itself we had more than enough space with 14 people.

We went to a seminar as a team. The house was great for our team. Lots of retreats, quiet surroundings, large living area for great conversations and cooking. There was nothing missing. The communication was fast and super friendly. Check-in/OUT were very straightforward. If you have any questions, someone was always available and help was straightforward and quick.
