Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

Ideal zum Entspannen nach Spaziergängen in der kalten Jahreszeit. Das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat einen eigenen separaten Eingang. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus. Zum Apartment gehört ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Fahrräder können auf dem Hof sicher abgestellt werden. Hippe Umgebung.

Welcome to your perfect retreat! Our spacious holiday home is located in a quiet residential area with a wonderful view of the countryside. A whirlpool and sauna are available🧖🏽‍♀️ for your personal wellness break (each €50/day, use until 10:00 pm in accordance with legal rest periods). 🔥Fancy a cozy BBQ? Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. We recommend that all interested parties and guests read the listing carefully in order to prepare for the stay and enjoy it.

The 90 sqm holiday home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people (baby bed available). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, infrared cabin, underfloor heating, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The high ceilings and large windows create a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or adjust their light temperature as desired. A coffee maker and a SodaStream are available for you.

The house is modern and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more for the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.
