Sehr funktionale, aber wohnliche Einrichtung aus modernen und natürlichen Elementen: Eichenholzdielen, Werkstattofen, Infrarotheizung, Schlafmatratzen im Spitzboden, durchdachtes Lichtkonzept. The apartment is located in a quiet yet central location right at the heart of the city. 200 meters away is one of the central squares in the city with nice cafes. The equipment of the apartment includes a large double bed, a (sleeping)sofa (for 2 more people), a kitchen with everything that belongs to it, a washing machine, a bathroom with towels, toothbrushes and soaps as well as a SmartTv with Netflix, Prime and a Playstation 3 for sociable evenings at home.

Our cozy cottage SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake plot with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers fantastic panoramic views over the Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², on the ground floor you will find the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with walk-in real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including small cozy corner for our small guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

Houseboat "Harmonie" Here the soul comes to rest

The houseboat harmony is a houseboat, it is firmly located on the dock, has water, sewage and electricity. etc.. It has 2 bedrooms with one double bed each. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate toilet. The living and dining areas are a stylishly furnished space with a three-sided glass front. From the living and dining area, you can access the terrace. Here you can enjoy your meals. You can relax and unwind on the roof terrace.

Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 10, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunrise from the south and north-east facing wooden terraces.

Apartments Saaldorf WG 5 directly on the Thuringian Sea

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our vacation home is located in Saaldorf, a small town on the largest dam in Germany. In the middle of the Thuringian Highlands Nature Park, on the foothills of the Thuringian Forest, the dammed Saale meanders here for a length of 28 km to the dam in Gräfenwarth. Perfect for boating, fishing, standup paddling, swimming, hiking and cycling.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious holiday home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hain and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
