Living directly on the Karl Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. Here "lives" the art scene (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property, the so-called Neuseenland begins. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. All no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl Heine Canal. Z.Z. are on the millennium field animals (including camels), of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet right in the middle of it.

Spacious 2-room old apartment in the young, multicultural scene district in the east of the city. Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

The bright 89 m2 ground floor apartment has a large balcony with beautiful views. The new bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks is accessible. The fitted kitchen is well stocked... The spacious living area has a large sofa bed (+extra beds as needed) with TV corner and dining/working area as well as massage armchair and play corner and play cabinet. In the bedroom there are 2 double beds. Here, 2 travel cots can be increased. No pets are allowed.

Our apartment is a cozy apartment close to the cultural scene and not far from the center. In 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes walk you get to the city center.
