Townhouse on the Leine

The historic staff house of the Rittergut is very conveniently located: 2 minutes from the exit of the A7 Nörten-Hardenberg as well as directly on the Leine bike path. The apartment is about 85 square meters, has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single), a large living room with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven, as well as a shower room with washing machine. On the doorstep, our guests will find a seat with a parasol. The neighborhood is rustic.

Naturally Kirchner-ecological and child-friendly

You will be staying in the old town of Eisenach in a cul-de-sac at the edge of the forest on the footpath to Wartburg (1.2 km). From here it is a 12-minute walk to the market, 3 minutes to the REWE. Parking is next to the house. Each room is equipped with a double box spring bed (which can also be set up separately), a wardrobe and a TV. There is fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen and dining area are amply equipped. You have two terraces alone. High chairs, rocking horse and much more are provided.

It took us three years to renovate our gem directly on the river from the ground up with a lot of love. We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. It offers you space for 6 people in three double rooms on a total of three levels as standard. Everyone is welcome, including your dog. Located in the old town and just a four-minute walk from the center, is the 85 sqm cottage with 2 bedrooms. The Kyffhäuser-Therme, the marketplace, the spa park and the Sole Vital Park are all within walking distance. Here the car can be left parked more often. A domicile of 85 square meters just for you. In the courtyard you can have a cozy barbecue or enjoy a cigarette with coffee.

Hausbergblick

The house is centrally located in Bad Lauterberg - within walking distance you are in a few minutes in the beautiful shopping street "Boulevard", with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, as in the spa park or at the chairlift to the local mountain. Hiking and cycling tours can be started directly from the house, as well as with the well-developed public transport.

You live on 2.5 floors in a terraced house. With great attention to detail, my partner Elisabeth and I have furnished your area just as we would like it to be somewhere else... homely and clean. A little inconspicuous on the outside, the old house is a real eye-catcher on the inside. As a host, we are happy to give tips.
