I have to say, we really enjoyed the Peter. The reservation worked out at very short notice. Peter is a very likeable person who helps wherever he can. For excursion destinations, supermarkets, bars, he was a great advisor.

Merseburg is very close to Halle on the Saale in an area between Zschkopau and Leuna, where expectations are rather modest. That's why we were surprised at how beautiful it is and what it is easily accessible to discover. We were lucky with the weather and were able to explore the countryside with the bikes to your heart's content in the early spring. Not only Merseburg itself with the cathedral, treasury and castles is great, so is the area - for example with Bad Dürrenberg and the tomb of the shaman. In contrast, some lost places - industrial facilities; the concrete ruins of a lock for a canal that you never built; a church tower converted into a water tower on a church ruin that has been broken since the 30s war... - The garden house is ideally located - central, quiet and with great views over the valley of the Saale. And the landlords are very friendly people that it is a pleasure to vacation here.

A wonderful, relaxed place with plenty of space to explore the surrounding area during walks. Especially the tea is a pleasant surprise – it tastes very refreshing. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, and communication with Emmie was reliable, quick and warm at all times. An ideal place to unwind and feel comfortable – we felt very welcome!

Erfurt is an amazing city and the apartment was less than a half hour walk to the Altstadt. The area around the apartment itself was less cozy, but that's no problem. The bathroom of the apartment was also very nice!

We celebrated a very cozy Christmas in Tim's nice and unique mountain house, with a lot of Christmas decorations! that was a warm welcome :) The house was pleasantly warm, quiet, with a view like a postcard. Two good bedrooms and a great bathroom. The living room/kitchen is a bit small but equipped with every comfort, for the three of us it was perfect. Tim is a superhost: flexible, likeable, quick to respond. The house was clean and tidy, four great beds, plenty of bedding/blankets/towels. The day before Christmas we did groceries in Eisenach - half an hour's drive from the village. Near Eisenach we went to the beautifully located Wartburg castle. Unfortunately, we did not drive into the Thuringian Forest for hiking. A good reason to come back again! And then also check out the birthplace of Bach. We did hike in the smaller Hainich National Park (parking at the Craulaer kreuz). In the house there are piles of leaflets and maps for more tips.

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts, Kerstin and Andreas respond very quickly to questions and visibly do their best to make you feel at home!

We had a very nice and relaxed time at Julia's great place. We were kindly allowed to use the barbecue and Julia made everything available to us for this. There was parking directly on site and communication was always friendly and possible at all times. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and you feel very comfortable right away!! We would come back any time!

I stayed at Ulrike & Mirko’s for the second time. The place is extremely quiet, safe, and is fully equipped. There are local grocery shops in a walkable distance. The hosts are always so welcoming, friendly, and responsive. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful modern well maintained clean location. Lots of light. Shades available . Spacy and clean restful ambiance. Modern bathroom. Love it will be back.

We had a fantastic stay in this big flat. Birgit and her husband were so accommodating and kind. The place is clean, cozy, spacious and in quiet and safe neighbourhood. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!
