In summer, it is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours (several reservoirs and swimming lakes nearby) and in winter due to the altitude (one of the highest places in the Vogtland) snow-sure access to the Kammloipe (trail behind the house in the forest)...

In summer there are seating and sunbathing facilities in the garden. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is at your doorstep Private sauna for rent in summer with outdoor shower (including towels, bathrobe and infusion from 10 am - 6 pm) Feel free to rent bikes in summer by appointment.
