Farmstay holiday rentals in Saxony

We (3 adults and one child) had very nice days at Inge's. The place is very stylish and clean. The whole property was very welcoming and absolutely suitable for children with swing, animals (especially the lovely dog) and quiet environment. The small village is also beautiful and you can take great hikes in the immediate vicinity. On the small Zschirnstein you have an impressive view and we also experienced a very beautiful sunset there. Inge is very nice and the communication as well as the check-in/check-out went smoothly. We fully recommend the place and will definitely book it again.

Lars and his wife are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We immediately felt comfortable with you. The apartment is very well equipped and nothing is missing. From the living room you have a fantastic view of the surrounding, unobstructed expanse of nature. The apartment is highly recommended.

We had a great Easter week in the apartment on Friday's farm. The apartment is very spacious and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There are some games and books for pastimes in case of bad weather. We sat and read and read on the great large and fully covered balcony in the evening and enjoyed the tranquility. Frida's farm is very quiet and privately located just outside Waldenburg. Almost every morning there were fresh, self-collected eggs from happy free-range chickens. The children were able to help feed the animals (chickens, sheeps, rabbits and cows) and spent so much time outside. There is a lot to see nearby for day trips. Ideal for a short break. Also and especially with children. Gladly again.

We felt very comfortable and had beautiful days in the apartment "blooming period". The apartment is very tasteful and cozily furnished, as well as super clean. The beds are great, the kitchen very well equipped and the location absolutely quiet. We spent a day in Dresden (reachable in half an hour by car). In the old town of Meissen you are in about 10 minutes by car. We had not paid such great attention to the pool and sauna when booking, but used both on site with enthusiasm - the beautifully landscaped garden is an additional highlight. Anja was always friendly and very quickly accessible. I'm sure we'll be back!

Extremely satisfied with our stay. We came for Dresden Festival from 16 to 18 August, and chose to stay at this place which is not far from Dresden (around 50 minutes drive). Brigitte's husband welcomed us and was very helpful. The apartment was as described and we slept very well at night. There is a Zoo just 10 minutes drive from the apartment, we visited it and my 3 years old son was happy with it. we were very happy with the stay, and we would definitely come back :)

The place was quite great and really relaxing. Andrea was a great and friendly host. The apartment is bigger than it can be seen in the pictures. The grounds are beautiful and especially recommended for spring and summer.

We stayed in the beautiful and rustic loft for a few days and enjoyed our time there very much. Especially the great view of the forest landscape and the tranquility are balm for the soul + the wellness offers. Highly recommended if you want to spend a time of retreat in a beautiful place. Rene is also a relaxed and open host and very helpful with questions. P.S. In the yard there is a lovely tomcat to pet ❤️😌

The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Everything is sparkling clean, and your quiet location on the winery on the edge of the forest is hard to beat! We were very happy to be able to relax here for a few days!

As a family of four, we had a few wonderful days at the family farm with Ingmar. We were greeted super friendly, got a tour of the farm and quickly got into conversation. The apartment is beautiful, clean and furnished with love. We felt very comfortable and the children were hardly to be separated from the chickens and rabbits. We are already planning to go back to Dennheritz soon. 🙂 Absolute recommendation!

It was a beautiful trip and a wonderful time in a beautiful house. We enjoyed it very much. The house is equipped with everything you could need for living. The view of the sunset in the fall is breathtakingly beautiful. I especially liked that the house is away from other houses – you can feel the nature, the scent, the sounds of the wind and the singing of the birds. The hostess was also very friendly and warm. The only point I didn't quite understand was why linens and towels cost extra. The house is located only 5 min away by car from the infrastructure with shops, gas station and ferry connection. Most importantly, the price for such a beautiful house with so much space is very fair. We will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend at Haus Hummel! The hosts were very friendly and warm. The place was super cozy, clean and nicely decorated. Since the surroundings with the lakes offer so much and there are plenty of experiences for children, we will definitely come back again. Thanks for everything and best regards from Leipzig!

All as described. Clean, super cozy apartment and a beautiful yard. Insanely loving and fun hosts. We felt very comfortable. We also learned a lot in this short time because we were given a lot of trust and it was a matter of course that we were allowed to help on the farm. It was a very nice, quiet and relaxed stay and we felt very comfortable. Marina's hospitality was top notch, we had a lot of great conversations and treatments (mani and pedicure). Marina also recommended us a lot! We will be happy to come back.

We spent Christmas here and we absolutely loved it. Our family felt right at home and we enjoyed the morning and evening views. Such a comfortable and beautiful cabin and just a few minutes away from beautiful sights in Dresden. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. We honestly did not want to leave this beautiful home.

We stayed in one of the Tini houses and it was super nice. Quiet, from time to time you could hear a meandering horses and the sound of birds. We didn't miss anything in the house and it was clean. Perfect for our short trip to Bastai and Dresden. Fully deserved stars, would be happy to come back.

We were received in a very friendly manner and had a very nice weekend in the house. It is lovingly decorated and you immediately feel comfortable! Everything was thought of, even toys for the kids! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the extended weekend at Lake Park Auenhain very much, we can highly recommend the house and the settlement, especially for families. After booking, we had contact directly with the reception of the lake park (by email and phone), very fast and uncomplicated communication. The house had everything you need, various things (e.g. cot, high chair, barbecue) could be booked. The house is close to the lake, only a 10-15 minute walk, all accessible. In the lake you can swim, it has playgrounds, a restaurant, etc. In the settlement itself there is also a restaurant, which we can highly recommend too! Since everything is in the countryside and close to the water, there are mosquitoes, most rooms had corresponding nets on the windows. If you want to inquire about possibilities in the settlement as well as in the area, just check the website of the settlement. Overall a very good value for money, we would book again anytime!

We wanted to get out of the city over the Easter holidays, into the countryside, enjoying time with our child (1.5). That worked out wonderfully, we had great days, the apartment is great and the garden is wonderful for romping around and playing.

* The place is ideal for a family (or two small families) and dogs. The apartment has everything and the garden is amazing to sit (if the weather allows it) and enjoy the sun (and/or the dogs playing). * Everything was really clean and thought out to accommodate us and make us feel like at home. * Iris was a great host. She was really friendly and we mostly had the feeling of complete privacy. * Iris also was extremely helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out times. * The two dogs that she has are very friendly and we enjoyed letting them meet our two dogs and play with them (but they have their own space, if we wouldn't like to let them meet ours).
