The magnificent cottage with its own terrace and forest property is located in the Göhrenz district of Markranstädt right at the gates of Leipzig. The high-quality and luxuriously equipped house impresses with its proximity to Lake Kulkwitz. Free parking, a fireplace and a private playground. The special service includes all-inclusive drinks, snacks and hygiene items. Pure luxury is available with XXL flat-screen TVs and LED lighting as well as a large corner bathtub.

You can expect an idyllic & quiet farm of almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee Nature Park, you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & a lot of peace and quiet. The farmhouse has a large garden, gazebo, pool as well as an open barn. For safety reasons, children from 2 to 12 years old are not allowed to stay.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

The cottage has comfortable interiors with a kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms. Linen and towels are included in the price. Private beach access allows you to cool off after the sauna. The evening can be enjoyed on the terrace or on the sofa overlooking the lake.

Relax in a special design house right on the lake with stand access. The cabin is built in a sustainable wooden construction and offers a magnificent view of the Bergheider See with the large panoramic window. Relax in a 180x200 bed on a gallery overlooking the lake. The house has a privately used hot tub with lake view. We are currently expanding our house with a private sauna!

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious holiday home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hain and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
