The Elster Park, with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor area of Europe, is the largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Bright and charming loft with magnificent views

For rent is a beautiful, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen with living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, the sleeping area is located above the living room in the roof top, which can be reached via a ladder with railings. In the living room there is a sofa which can be unfolded and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

GREAT LOCATION very charming studio with a patio

Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment were carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.
