House holiday rentals in Saxony

We (4 adults) were allowed to be a guest at Tristan's big house for 4 nights. We had enough space and we felt very much at home. Everything was clean and it was as described. Above all, the sauna was our very personal highlight. We are happy to recommend the accommodation or book it again ourselves.

This was a perfect house and location for our family get-together. The house was beautiful furnished and felt cozy and warm. The patios provided a perfect space to eat and relax. It had everything we needed and Andrea was super responsive. We also got to buy some of her locally made honey.

Horse people are in the right place. The small but nice house, was just right for us (2E and 3 younger children): clean, functional and cozy. You could move freely on the ranch. Horses and riding lessons were absolutely possible. In the house there was a nice little surprise and tips for delicious restaurants in the area. Thanks to the mixed weather, we can only recommend the Binge Geyer with nature playground and the Tierpark Waschleithe. The Schaubergwerk in Waschleithe, the ice cream cafe, the new swimming pool in Geyer, the phenomenia in Stollberg and the FUNDORA in Schneeberg are also beautiful destinations for families with children from the ranch.

We loved our stay at Jenny’s house! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Our two toddlers loved the play room! It was well set up with stair gates and cups/plates for the kiddos. The house was always cosy despite -9°C and snow outside. We felt very at home and would definitely come back in Summer to make use of the garden and pool! Jenny was very attentive and came over to help us understand the heating and the electric plug in for our rental car. My only negative would be that it was a bit dusty and dirty under and around the furniture. But we are also maybe a more particular family and wouldn’t want this to discourage anyone from staying!

We had a great, relaxed, sunny family weekend at Ralf's! The garden is fantastic, the children were very happy playing and had infinite possibilities (football, basketball, toy tractor, pool, bike, all outdoor toys, trampoline, slackline...) and we enjoyed the very nice, cozily furnished and large apartment and superbly equipped kitchen. Thanks for the great time!

We stayed 3 nights in a really very lovingly furnished chalet. It was very clean, the hosts extremely friendly and accommodating, so you could really relax and unwind. A recommendation for anyone who enjoys the tranquility but does not want to give up comfort. The fireplace, sauna, and natural swimming pond are a highlight, which is rarely found in combination. We will be back and have already recommended you. Thanks for everything ☀️

Great place to explore the surrounding nature

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the host’s hospitality was outstanding—they were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.

Staying in the small but well-equipped house was very pleasant. The landlady was always easily accessible

We had a wonderful extended weekend at the lake house. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake, the spacious bright living room and the beautifully and harmoniously furnished new house. We can highly recommend everything and hope that we will spend our holidays there again soon. The landlords were quickly available for all questions and everything was super organized, the house very clean and tastefully furnished. Anytime again!

Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the beginning. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival we had a very nice contact, and during our stay the host was always available if we had any questions. Check in and out was quick and easy. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the accommodation. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. We spent a wonderful week in the historic half-timbered house on the farm. The chestnut tree shone in all autumn colors. Underneath is a cozy fire and barbecue area with seating . The large fireplace with two windows (kitchen and hallway) heats the whole house in a short time. The kitchen is very well equipped with many spices, oils, vinegar, etc. Everything is lovingly furnished. There was nothing missing.

We had 2 wonderful weeks! From the house you could reach many great hiking destinations in a short time, the absolutely worthwhile hikes to the Lilienstein and the fire even on foot (including "off-road" large dog!). We felt very comfortable in the house after long, fulfilling hikes, even if our dog lady (who is absolutely "hiking enthusiastic") avoided the stairs down into the kitchen. One should know that there are bathroom and kitchen on the lower level and apartment/bedroom in the upper level. We didn't miss anything, so we can only recommend the accommodation and this fairytale spot on earth!

We had a lovely time in Waitzendorf. We were greeted directly by our hosts in a friendly way and they were very likeable. Hiking trails are close by and we were surrounded by land and nature . The tavern across the street invites you to a good meal if you don't fancy cooking. The kitchen is well equipped and the attic was a highlight for the children. For older , not so mobile guests, the attic is not a good sleeping alternative, as the stairs are very steep. We were 6 adults and 2 children . It's ideal for the crowd. Great house , friendly hosts ! Thanks a lot !

We were very happy with the place. Very nice reception, lovely people. All around it was a lovely weekend. Very recommended.

The stay was very relaxed and beautiful, the house is on an open area but with other voices around it. Sometimes people walk through the garden, so we often closed the curtains, especially in the bathroom.

Great accommodation, location was perfect very peaceful. Was located on walking distance from nearest shopping centre. I highly recommend for families visiting Dresden to book at this location.

Thank you for this short but very pleasant stay! We felt comfortable and everything we needed was to be found in the accommodation! Unfortunately, only the oven has not gotten really warm, so we resorted to the toaster for the rolls for breakfast. Best regards from Vogtland.

We felt very comfortable with Sandy and Rico. Despite our short stay, we were able to relax and unwind very well. The sauna and jacuzzi are of course the absolute highlight of the accommodation. But also the rest of the cottage was very nice. Overall, everything was very clean and as described in the listing. We were also very pleased with the small attentions provided. The location of the accommodation is also great, as everything you need can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Sandy and Rico were also very friendly and always available. Check-in and check-out also went smoothly. Clear recommendation! We will be happy to come back :)

We were there with all the practical members and looked at Dresden. It was a super nice place. Within walking distance is the New Town with many shopping and bars. It was ideal for us. We'll be back

I really enjoyed the break at the place. The little garden was excellent for the dog. The heating of the oven has given a cozy and cozy background through its crackling. I was very happy and happy to come back!

Ingrid and her husband are wonderful hosts and our stay at their beautiful & historical home has been one of the best experiences we have had with Airbnb. The home is thoughtfully designed, has everything you need & the hosts are always ready to help with whatever else. The surroundings are peaceful and a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The 5 star review is the result of the hosts who are very warm, helpful, accommodating and friendly.
