Our SACHSENPERLE is located in the lively district of Dresden Neustadt, directly opposite the Alaunpark not far from the Kunsthof and comprises the entire third floor of a beautiful Gründerzeit house. On 90 square meters, you are surrounded by a mix of styles of antiques and design icons from Baroque to the present. The heart of the apartment is the 45 square meter oak-paneled living room with open kitchen and counter. A folder with our tips and highlights in the immediate vicinity is ready for you.

Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Our large apartment with magnificent Elbe views is centrally located on the Elbe. The view goes towards the old town and its sights. But it is on the Neustadt side and so it is only a few minutes' walk to the lively colorful Neustadt with cafes, bars and dance venues, but just as quickly you are in the Baroque quarter with restaurants, museums and shopping centers. There are plenty of climbing and hiking opportunities in the area. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the cottage.
