Come and visit our studio apartment! We are renting out our recently converted guest apartment, which features a large combined kitchen and living area, a large bedroom and a small children's bedroom, a workstation, access to the garden, and a lovely bathroom... You can expect plenty of DIY projects, and there is a shared workshop/sauna. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Elbe and not far from Schillerplatz with the blue wonder. Bus and tram services to the city centre are easily accessible in around 3 minutes.

The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.
