There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 square meters on a total of two levels with open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with fantastic location and private boat dock. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available free of charge on the 55" UHD SmartTV. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-seater kayak.

Imagine: An idyllic little holiday home directly on the beach of a lake surrounded by nature and relaxation and not far for a trip to the exciting big city..... Isn't there? RIGHT! Your perfect holiday is waiting for you : at the Haus am See am Markkleeberger See near Leipzig The garden area has now also been completed in June. It was the last hurdle after a 2-year renovation. We have left it in its natural state at the front of the house and I am still happy with what is sprouting there.

Visit our studio apartment! We rent out our newly built guest apartment with a large kitchen, bedroom and children's room, work facilities, garden access and a very nice bathroom... Many DIY designs await you and there is a garden sauna that can be used. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the Elbe and not far from Schillerplatz with the Blue Wonder. Bus and tram connections to the city center are easily accessible in about 3 minutes.

This special place has a very special style. Air conditioning, as well as a small kitchen with espresso machine are at your disposal. The private small terrace as well as access to the canal invite you to swim and relax. 2 bikes and a small boat can be used by my guests free of charge. Stand Up Padel available for a small fee. Fantastic tours possible. A ping pong table as well as a badmington game are also available to my guests free of charge.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.
