The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The large half-timbered house of the cloth merchant C.W. Henke in Upper Lusatia: built in 1831 and carefully renovated with the original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, traditional linseed oil paints and historic wallpaper from the 1930s. The villa is located within the castle wall of Pillnitz Castle or the walls of the old ones.
