The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Endlich ist der Herbst da! Der Wagen steht am Waldrand mit Blick auf hügelige Wiesen. Die Vögel zwitschern Dich munter und der Waldsee ruft die Abgehärtet zum morgendlichen Bad (12 min zu Fuß). Du wirst den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse sitzen, Lagerfeuer machen und chillen – und am Abend die Sauna anheizen! Wenn es frisch wird, kannst du die Küchenhexe anheizen und es Dir gemütlich machen. Da die Zivilisation weit weg ist, solltest Du vorher ordentlich einkaufen gehen. Reizarm ist das neue Bio!
