Welcome TO the HOUSE IM REED 1 - your cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the greater highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming rooftop terrace that you won't tire of enjoying. Come and decide for yourself.

Central apartment with kitchen / PS3 + Netflix + Prime

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central location right at the heart of the city. 200 meters away is one of the central squares in the city with nice cafes. The equipment of the apartment includes a large double bed, a (sleeping)sofa (for 2 more people), a kitchen with everything that belongs to it, a washing machine, a bathroom with towels, toothbrushes and soaps as well as a SmartTv with Netflix, Prime and a Playstation 3 for sociable evenings at home.

Our cozy cottage SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake plot with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers fantastic panoramic views over the Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², on the ground floor you will find the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with walk-in real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including small cozy corner for our small guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

First row of beach right on the lake with views of the water in the distance. Sunsets from the terrace overlooking the F60. The house has a hot tub and sauna. The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.

Houseboat "Harmonie" Here the soul comes to rest

The houseboat harmony is a houseboat, it is firmly located on the dock, has water, sewage and electricity. etc.. It has 2 bedrooms with one double bed each. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate toilet. The living and dining areas are a stylishly furnished space with a three-sided glass front. From the living and dining area, you can access the terrace. Here you can enjoy your meals. You can relax and unwind on the roof terrace.

Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 10, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunrise from the south and north-east facing wooden terraces.

Two shore ( Tiny House ) at Hainer See

Make yourself comfortable on vacation. Two in the lake cottage "Zweiufer." A nice, small cottage with high quality of stay in all weather. It's all there. You're all that's missing. Enjoy the days – both in summer and winter. Breakfast on the sun terrace. A walk around the lake. An excursion by boat. An excursion into the surrounding area. An evening by the campfire.

Idyllic Finnish hut in the forest: vacation with friends

Vacation and relaxation, where Lusatia is most beautiful and where the fox and rabbit say good night. In the immediate vicinity of Lake Quitzdorf - Saxony's largest reservoir - is our idyllic Finnish cottage. Surrounded by huge trees on a large plot (~1,000 square meters) with direct access to the forest, you will find enough space to breathe in peace.

Vacation home on Lake Hain

Finally relax, chill, swim or exercise, such as Cycling, inline, hiking or water sports, anything possible. Then we have something for you, an entire holiday home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious holiday home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hain and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
