Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, or 2 on request It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in peak season. Any questions, please just ask me. You’ll have the entire house with 3 Bedrooms (2 good size doubles and 1 smaller double), open lounge-diner and small rear south-west facing garden. The house is in a quiet road, has parking for a small car and churches to the front and right, one of which ring their bells to welcome in each morning.

Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.
