Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Sunset Lodge is designed for 1 or 2 guests, with a super King size bed ,a comfortable living area & a kitchen. Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

A cosy two bedroom place, hidden between the rooftops of a beautiful village in the South Hams, Devon. There is a double bedroom, with shower room off and a further single bedroom. The living, dining and well equipped kitchen, are all open plan. Perfectly positioned in heart of the Thurlestone, with a pub and shop on hand, Treburrick is within easy walking distance of beaches, coastal walks, a links golf-course and surfing at Bantham. A small dog is accepted when you stay with us.

Cosy Cottage 100m From Challaborough Beach

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
