7 The Reach is a Luxury 3 bedroom apartment located right on the beach at South Sands sleeping up to 6 people in total comfort of stylish coastal chic. Offering stunning sea views from two Juliette balconies, it's a paradise for beach lovers and guests can put their feet in the white sand and swim in the sea moments from the front door. The rear of the property has an enclosed west facing balcony, ideal for catching the evening sunset. The Hotel spa is available to use & chargeable directly.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 min.downhill walk into town centre, the modern property, accommodates up to 4. Parking for 1 car, 2 may be possible on request. It's a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. Contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & other is open plan with 2 single beds, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS.

Situated on the water's edge, in the highly convenient location of Victoria Quay, the house overlooks the Salcombe lifeboat and enjoys gorgeous views over the estuary. Located in the vibrant heart of Salcombe with direct level access to the town's many shops, pubs & restaurants, this stone end of terrace cottage is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.  The cottage has been restored from a well known historic, listed building.
