A lovely, south facing, detached house in an elevated position overlooking Salcombe's Batson Creek, within its own grounds and with stunning views of the Creek and surrounding countryside. Owned by the same family since 1948, it is well equipped and furnished and decorated to a very good standard. The newly converted ‘Castle’ although separate to the main house is ideal for grandparents or an overflow to the house. The gardens are well tended and planted with seating areas overlooking the Creek.

Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
