Holiday rentals with a patio in Rushcliffe District

Joe and Fiona were very friendly. The place was warm and cosy and nicely furnished. Super veranda to sit out, with lovely views. Excellent WiFi. We felt very welcome. Thank you for a great visit.

Exactly as described. Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Comfortable bed, spotless, plenty of hot water, a decent wardrobe and hangers and very peaceful. The perfect location if attending a function at Woodborough Hall as only a short walk away. A very pretty village only a few miles out of Nottingham. Communication with Simon via messaging was easy and prompt and was accommodating to our check in needs due to long distance travel to attend a wedding. Thank you!

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

Perfect 2 bed flat just outside Nottingham. It is lovely and clean and really well decorated. Great kitchen and brilliant outside space too. Asta was really responsive and super helpful! All in all, a brilliant stay!

Steve is a fantastic host. The building was safe and secure. The apartment is a warm and inviting clean space with lots of extras I didn’t expect; such as extra towels, shampoo and shower gel and a fantastically well equipped kitchen, you won’t be disappointed with this place! It even has a balcony! Steve was very friendly and helpful with lots of information and ideas for our visit, nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely use again

Steve the host is always available and answered any questions very quickly. The flat was very clean and everything described as it was. Location was as we wanted close to restaurants and bars everything within walking distance. As it says it next door to a bar (cocktail bar) and is loud but we was fine with that.

We stayed at The Coach House for 4 nights, the accommodation was comfortable and situated in a great location in a lovely area with free parking. Sarah was a great host and responded promptly to questions we had. Would definitely recommend and make a return visit.

As a hen party of 12, we had an amazing long weekend at Sally's house. There was safe and ample parking for all the whole group and we were blown away by the surroundings. The views were gorgeous and we had a lovely walk round the nearby fields and public footpaths to a great local pub. The house was spotless, and more stunning than the photos. The house felt like a home whilst also feeling luxurious and everyone loved their rooms and the communal areas. The house had so many thoughtful touches and we especially enjoyed the easy to use hot tub. Massive thank you to Sally for being a great host - responsive, helpful and allowing us early check in to decorate for the bride too. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. We stayed at Marie’s place as a family of three for the National Schools Regatta. We wanted somewhere close to Holme Pierrepont where we could have our own space to prepare and unwind. Marie’s house fit the bill perfectly. It had everything we needed and she was an extremely proactive host, both before and during our stay. We’d definitely recommend the place to anybody needing to stay locally, especially for the National Watersports Centre (20 minutes away). We will certainly be back again in the future!

Thank you for the pictures and instructions on how to find the property, that was really helpful. Neighbours really friendly. Very quiet cul-de-sac. Property was nicely furnished and decorated. We had everything we needed. The juice, milk and snacks was a welcome surprise on arrival, we were able to put the kettle on straight away! Garden was perfect for the dog.

We only needed the place for one night and left early morning. The house was lovely though and exactly what we needed. Lovely outdoor space, comfy beds and all clean. All in all a great experience

had a great stay in Jamie's house, he's a great host, responsive to questions and gave us clear instructions on accessing property, the house itself is very clean and so quiet.

This was our third stay with Justin since April. I think that says it all. :-) During this visit, we were invited to select veggies from the ample garden to dine on. We enjoyed the fresh green beans. Please see our previous reviews for more details. Justin and is family went the extra mile to accommodate us and we really appreciate their kindness.

An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Lovely little last minute get away with 2 dogs and a baby. Both hosts lovely and so friendly. Really nice environment, will definately be back again

Sanjay is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. The apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to be near the city centre. The apartment is gorgeous getaway and I could not recommend it more. Next time I’m in Leicester it’s where I will stay.

A lovely stay in Wirksworth and so glad that we booked this place!! The décor throughout is lovely and boutique style with a very cosy and homely atmosphere. We stayed here for 4 nights and wished we’d booked for a couple more as there’s plenty to do in the local area. Angus was very responsive and on the first evening sent a message to make sure we had checked-in all okay, which was a nice touch. Only recommendation that I can find is to make sure you take some kitchen roll & surface spray as these little things can easily get forgotten when visiting places as this isn’t supplied. All in all, would love to visit again!

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!
