Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

Less than 2 min from the Tram stop, where there is free parking and a day ticket only £5.00 There is a living area & a separate bathroom. Our Bottom cottage studio room is in a converted barn next to the main farmhouse, in the centre of Cotgrave village, 10 minutes from Nottingham. It is a ground floor room. It has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Ensuite shower/toilet. Hypnos double bed and single bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. A child's camp bed can be added at £20.00 per night. Breakfast is available on request at £12.50 per person. Dog friendly. £5 per night. Please include this at the time of booking.

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.
