You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

The house is a cozy little white wooden house in Risør city center. Here you can enjoy a coffee on the porch in the morning sun. The house is suitable for anyone who likes to combine the sea and the city on vacation. There is a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. You just have to walk 180 meters to buy a delicious soft ice cream. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and go for a walk in the woods. At Krana you can swim in the sea and rent a kayak.

Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a trip to the seaside. The standard is simple; in places a bit tired and shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.

Slapp av på hytte i Søndeled, Risør. Herfra kan du gå i ti minutt og komme ned til badeplassen ved Skarvann, til båtbrygga ved sjøen eller i skogen. Hytta ligger på Øysang, like ved Jegertunet feriesenter hvor man kan benytte badebasseng og tennisbaner mot betaling, Fra hytta er det også om lag ti minutters gange til brygga hvor Øysangferga går over til Risør sentrum. Det er ikke også bare en kort kjøretur til svabergene på Stangnes og Portør.
