Cabin by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cabin with a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat berth available. Electricity and water are connected. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short distance to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hiking and swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Contains: Hallway, living room with small kitchenette and dining area. 1 bedroom with 150 cm bed. 1 sleeping alcove with 120 cm bed. You have to go through the sleeping alcove to get to the bathroom. The apartment is very centrally located. Short distance to the bus and city center with shops and restaurants. Swimming area and hiking trails right next to the apartment. Beautiful house from before 1800, renovated and where old details are preserved. Beautifully furnished with a mix of old and new design. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 12. Large bathroom with double shower. Two fireplaces inside and one outside. Large lush, undisturbed garden with outdoor furniture and gas grill, awnings. Beds for 8 spread over 2 floors: 180cm+2x80 cm on the 3rd floor and 150cm+2x80 cm on the 1st floor, passage through two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/group who like the good life.

Classic southern house in the center of Risør. Sunny patio with late evening sun on the screen and private patio. Here you will find a barbecue, parasol and comfortable outdoor furniture. Cozy kitchen with fireplace, dining room and lounge with sofas on the 1st floor. Private parking right outside the house with space for 1 car. We have 2 bicycles, 2 children's bicycles, SUP boards and skateboards that can be used by appointment. There is also the possibility to rent a boat and boat space only 5 minutes walk from the house.

"Bekkestua" is a charming cottage with two annexes. The buildings are part of the farm buildings at Røysland Gård, where for many years a riding camp has been run during the summers. At this unique and quiet accommodation, it's easy to recharge your batteries. From Bekkestua there is an idyllic walk of 3 minutes down to the lake Skarvann and a great swimming area with a sandy beach. The water is rich in fish and a boat or canoe can be rented. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many hiking opportunities nearby.

To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride of 7 min. - here you can park the car in your own parking space and leave it during the stay. The apartment contains a living room with dining area and a living room with TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets/pillows/sheets and duvet covers. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Heating in all floors. Internet.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Boathouse by the lake

Cosy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and a garden with garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boat house is best suited for two people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Fully furnished with modern kitchen and bathroom, bedroom with 2 beds/double bed and sofa bed (140 cm wide) in the living room. You have to pass the bedroom to go into the bathroom. Central location with short walking distance to the city's shops and restaurants, and with nice hiking terrain, small beach and playground just meters away. Patio with garden furniture and parking.

Holiday fun at the lakefront Båtbu1960

Beautiful summer place by the water - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boathouse was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could spend the night. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat storage in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from the kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun all day!
